We obtain web hosting and email services from Gethost. Gethost processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. However, this party may collect metadata regarding the use of its services. These are not personal data. Gethost has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Gethost is obliged to maintain confidentiality based on the agreement.

Regular business email communication:

We use the services of Gethost for our regular business email communication. This party has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Gethost does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all email communication confidentially.

Payment Processors:

Mollie

To process (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, place of residence, and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. The aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie will not retain your data beyond the legally allowed term.

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its website. In case PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also provides your data to these parties.


DHL
If you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to perform the deliveries. Therefore, we need to share your name, address, and place of residence with DHL. DHL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.

Invoicing and Bookkeeping:

For our administration and bookkeeping, we use the services of Snelfactuur. We share your name, address, and place of residence, as well as details related to your order, for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is securely sent and stored. Snelfactuur is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Snelfactuur will not use your personal data for other purposes than described above.

We sell (part of) our products through the platform of Bol.com. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We handle your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

We sell (part of) our products through the platform of Marktplaats.nl. If you place an order through this platform, Marktplaats.nl shares your order and personal data with us. We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide.
