Delivery of Beds and Mattresses within the Netherlands

We make every effort to deliver your order within 5 business days.

After placing your order, a delivery appointment will be scheduled with you. The delivery will take place on the agreed-upon day. A specific time frame cannot be provided. However, on the day of delivery, you will be called 15 to 30 minutes in advance if possible when the delivery service is near your location.

Delivery to the Wadden Islands

We do not offer delivery service to the Wadden Islands. Delivery to these islands is outsourced to an external transport company and incurs additional costs for the buyer.

We only deliver products in the Netherlands and Belgium, but according to the Geo-blocking law, we are no longer allowed to discriminate based on geography.

We offer the opportunity to make a purchase on our webshop from another EU member state. If you are from another EU member state and wish to purchase a product from us, please contact us, and we will do our best to deliver the desired product.

Pick-Up

You can pick up your order at one of our store locations at the agreed-upon time. Once you have placed an order, we will contact you when the order is ready for pick-up.
